Efstathios N Karanikolaidis has been an investment banker with J.P. Morgan since 2002, the same year that he received his Master of Business Administration from the William E Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester in New York. He is a Managing Director of Morgan’s leveraged finance group, and is responsible for Industrials, Aerospace and Defense, Transportation and Business Services.
“I work with corporate clients and private equity firms,” he says, “to raise capital in the form of syndicated loans and high yield bonds to finance acquisitions, shareholder distributions, working capital needs and general corporate purposes.”
He helps clients with financing solutions, structures leveraged loan and high yield transactions for corporate and private equity clients, helps position companies in the credit markets, and executes leveraged loan and high yield transactions.
Efstathios N Karanikolaidis has helped raise in excess of $200 billion in more than two hundred transactions for clients in the leveraged loan and high yield markets to finance organic growth, acquisitions, distributions to shareholders and general corporate purposes.
Since 2008, Efstathios N Karanikolaidis has developed the industrials, aerospace & defense, transportation and business services sectors for his group, and from 2004 to 2007, helped develop the financial services sector.
