Efstathios N Karanikolaidis is an experienced professional in the investment banking industry. He is serving as a Managing Director for J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC and is responsible for working with corporate clients and private equity firms to raise capital in the form of syndicated loans and high yield bonds to finance acquisitions, shareholder distributions, working capital needs, and general corporate purposes. He first began with the successful firm in the year of 2002 shortly after receiving his Master’s degree in business administration from the prestigious William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. Before pursuing his Master’s degree, he received his Bachelor of Science degree at the Athens University of Economics and Business in 1997.
